What Youll Do
Deliver volume value and profit targets aligned with budgeted expectations.
Support the growth of Valeos branded and private-label ranges with Brakes and Bidfood through end-user and contract customer execution.
Take full ownership of medium-sized customer accounts delivering against commercial goals.
Partner with and help coordinate the activities of a third-party agency handling smaller foodservice customers.
Build and execute strategic account plans to grow range distribution and customer engagement.
Manage core processes including forecasting pricing promotional planning and master data.
Act as the day-to-day customer contact across product portfolios ensuring excellent service and strong relationships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in sales marketing supply chain category technical and NPD.
Monitor market trends competitive activity and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Experience working with key customers in foodservice or a similar commercial environment.
A strong understanding of customer dynamics and commercial performance drivers.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage accounts end-to-end from planning to execution.
Strong skills in data analysis forecasting and promotional ROI evaluation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment.
A proactive mindset and desire to grow with a business that values ambition and collaboration.
