About the Role:

In this pivotal role you will coordinate facilitate and lead the strategic development tactical implementation and financial planning components of all topics of the Brand Strategy and manage customer and other commercial activities including leading and coaching Sales Force to maximise brand sales and margin placing the patient at the center of any efforts and operating within AbbVie business code of conduct policies and all applicable laws and regulations. This is a People Manager role and reports directly into the respective Business Unit Director.

Role and responsibilities:
Develop a vision and strategic plan for business in Germany
Effectively manage and execute all marketing and sales related brand activities according to the Global and Area vision
Hold accountability for allocated Brand P&L in terms of brand sales and financial planning
Take accountability and responsibility for Brand Team activities and processes
Represents the interests and needs of the affiliate business at internal meetings
Build a high performing organization incl. talent management
Manage and build cross functional cooperation within company strong collaboration with Global and Area
Maintain close relationship to KOLs
Ensure compliance with law regulations and AbbVie Ways of Working
Qualifications :
Indication Experience: The candidate must have experience working on more than one indication to demonstrate versatility and depth in their professional background.
Financial Acumen: The candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial concepts particularly the ability to manage a P&L.
Team Building and Change Management: The candidate should have a proven track record in successfully building up teams or guiding them through change management processes.
Previous experience should include Brand Management and IFT experience as well as exposure to a leadership responsibility
Strong strategic mindset and preferably experience from a strategic position or gained strategic through strategic projects
Ability to communicate and influence on Area and Global Level
Strong change agent and understanding for future trends within pharma
