About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with SharePoint expertise to join our team and support the migration of Intranet and Controlled Documents Management Systems to SharePoint Online.
In this role you will work closely with business stakeholders and solution partners to gather & analyse requirements and design user-centric solutions. You will play a key role ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting user adoption through testing training and change management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in SharePoint migration programs to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Your main duties will include:
- Capture analyse and document business and functional requirements for SharePoint Online-based intranet and controlled document management solutions.
- Map current processes and identify opportunities to improve intranet user experience business processes and collaboration using SharePoint.
- Collaborate with project manager solution architects and communications teams to deliver a user-friendly solution that meets operational needs.
- Support the implementation and testing of solutions by engaging identified user groups and ensuring necessary documentation is available.
- Ensure ongoing alignment with information governance quality and clinical risk standards.
About you
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with SharePoint Online including intranet content management working with web parts managing permission models and working with document libraries.
- Exposure to Controlled Document Management Systems (CDMS) or document governance frameworks (e.g. policy lifecycle review workflows).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working across both clinical and administrative teams at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with change management or training delivery in clinical settings is an advantage.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g. CBAP CCBA) highly regarded.
- SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus.
