Job Description Summary:

SalesOps Skyline Team is looking for a collaborative program manager to more strongly connect customer expectations of delivery timing with airplane programs performance to plan. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders have strong attention to detail and possess an innate curiosity to identify and recognize interdependent objectives.

Collaboration: This position requires working across all levels and functions throughout Boeing Commercial Airplanes. You will be responsible for drawing a line between internal performance assumptions and external delivery timing commitments across all customer teams and all commercial programs.

Attention to detail: Deliverables will include a regimented accounting for performance assumptions contained within delivery commitments and measurement of performance vs assumptions.

Intellectually curiosity: Identifying interdependencies between combinations of assumptions and available solutions to customer needs is the key to success

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Skyline scenario development by actively managing production and development program key assumptions
  • Program manage up to date talking points key milestone schedules and emergent issues as it relates to communication and coordination between programs selling teams and customers
  • Primary point of contact for customer selling teams to facilitate coordination of onsite program reviews
  • Identify business need and appropriate level(s) of engagement between customers and Boeing within programs and functions
  • Build agenda and targeted outcomes for customer visits with selling team and program and functional stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 90 day look ahead for customer visits with airplane program and development program teams

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 years of experience with a focus on project/program management
  • 2 years of experience working across different business units and disciplines to drive collaboration and results
