Do you have a friendly voice a warm smile and a knack for making everyone feel welcome Lincoln Meadows Care Center is on the lookout for a Weekend & On-Call Receptionist to be the face and heartbeat of our front desk during weekends and as needed!
Whether youre greeting guests assisting residents families or helping staff stay organized youll be a key part of keeping our care community running smoothly and cheerfully!
What Youll Be Doing:
Greet and assist residents visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
Handle administrative tasks including filing data entry and scheduling
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide general support to various departments as needed
What Were Looking For:
Weekend availability and flexibility for on-call shifts
Strong verbal/written communication and multitasking skills
A positive attitude and approachable demeanor
Prior receptionist or front desk experience a plus but not required
Reliability punctuality and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
