Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Shelburn or Rushville IN facility (2 openings).
**Relocation welcomed and packages available**
Note: You must have prior experience working in a grain elevator terminal or agricultural facility. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the grain facility in support of the Superintendent and Location Manager
- Monitor inventory levels and help ensure compliance with company control standards
- Assist in cost control efforts and operational planning
- Coordinate grain conditioning space utilization and mix/blend opportunities
- Help implement and schedule preventative maintenance in compliance with OSHA grain handling standards
- Support employee development and manage workflow to maintain productivity
- Promote energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure asset protection and site security measures are followed
- Supervise contractors temps and other onsite workers
- Maintain compliance with all safety environmental and operational regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
- Recommend improvements to processes and operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a grain elevator or terminal (required)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams
- Hands-on experience with mechanical operational and safety procedures
- Farming background is a plus
- Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs work outdoors in varying weather and operate in noisy environments
