Company Overview: Dedrone is the worlds most trusted smart airspace security company. Hundreds of commercial government and military customers around the world rely on Dedrones comprehensive command and control (C2) solution to protect against the persistent and escalating threat from drones while enabling good drones to fly. Your Impact
Dedrone is growing and responding to the increasing demand. With this we are transitioning from small scale manufacturing to higher volume manufacturing facilitating excellence in efficiency and quality. Handling material and material flow is critically important when supporting lean and quality focused manufacturing.
Location: Kassel Germany
Reporting to: Dr. Gerd Fehlauer Sen. Director of Operations
Responsibilitites:
- Receipt of goods / Incoming goods inspection
- Loading unloading and securing of freight
- Disposal of packaging materials
- Sorting storage and order picking
- Packaging of devices and shipping goods
- Operation of industrial trucks (e.g. forklifts)
- Physical movement of goods to various departments
- Inventory control as part of ongoing stocktaking
- Posting of materials in the ERP system
- Optimization of picking strategies and identification of improvement potentials
- Compliance with occupational safety standards and environmental aspects
Requirements:
- Completed dual vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist
- Good understanding of materials management and posting transactions in ERP systems
- Organizational diligence
- Independent and goal-oriented work style
- Good spatial awareness
- Team player
- Careful working approach and strong sense of responsibility with regard to accident prevention regulations
- Openness to further training and high willingness to learn new technologies and processes in intralogistics
- Solution-oriented work ethic
- Good command of both German and English
