Position Summary:
Performs accurate documentation of cases for the department.
Reports to: Manager
FLSA: Non-exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Monitors and interprets patient heart rhythm and documents on patient record per department standards.
Maintains an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
Troubleshoots monitors with nursing staff and contacts Clinical Engineering as appropriate.
Cleans disinfects and stores leads and telemetry units. Replaces defective equipment and reports failures to Clinical Engineering.
