Summary:
A Japanese food manufacturer in Honolulu is looking for an energetic Sales Executive (Business Development). You will expand new business opportunities while supporting existing clients conducting outreach preparing proposals and presentations collaborating with internal teams and managing sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Develop sales strategies and proposals.
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct outreach via phone email or in person.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and enhance strategies.
- Business Travel to Other branch (If yes how often and which area)
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations for meetings.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.
Must Requirements:
- At least 1-year of B2B Sales Experience
- Be able to use English and either Japanese/Korean/Chinese in business settings. *Since Japanese Chinese and Korean retailers and restaurants are also part of our target clientele.
- A valid drivers license
- Must LOVE noodles!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Highlights:
- Position: B2B Sales(including Hunting Sales)
- Employment Type: Full-time (W-2)
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Work Days: 5 days a week including Saturdays (one weekday off / Sundays off)
- Weekly Schedule: Two days off per week
- Location: Honolulu Hawaii
- Transportation: Free parking and company vehicle provided for business use
- Work Style: On-site
- Start Date: Available immediately; if working visa is required as soon as the visa is granted
