POSITION SPECIFICS
We are searching for an experienced and energetic Engineering Project Manager to join the Joint Mission Integration and Experimentation Division within the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State. The position is on-site in San Diego CA.
The role requires an extremely organized individual who displays a high level of professionalism and the ability to perform a wide variety of project management functions in a demanding and exciting team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering program management technical working group support technical writing and providing direct programmatic and technical support to government customers.
ARL is an authorized DoD SkillBridge partner and welcomes all transitioning military members to apply.

Selected candidate will work within an agile development environment with developers scrum master and product owners to define and deliver quality research solutions in both unclassified and classified environments. The selected candidate will interact with other PSU/ARL offices staff and sponsors.

MINIMUM EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
If filled as Engineering Project Manager - Senior Professional this position requires: Bachelors Degree 6 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None If filled as Engineering Project Manager - Advanced Professional this position requires: Bachelors Degree 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: NoneARLs purpose is to research and develop innovative solutions to challenging scientific engineering and technology problems in support of the Navy the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intel Community (IC).

SALARY & BENEFITS
