We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant for a short term contract in Memphis TN. In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors providing essential support to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly providing a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately using phone systems.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist in clerical duties such as filing scanning and organizing documents.
- Assist HR with administrative tasks.
- Assist with organizing employee events and luncheons.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with office management tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions.
