Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave our team is in search of part-time Guest Services Attendants to join our growing team! If you have a friendly personality and would enjoy working in an active health and fitness environment then this position is for you!
Requirements
In joining our team youll be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting with the check-in process for all members and guests
- Directing guests to various parts of the facility
- Communicating and answering questions about available programs and upcoming facility activities
- Answering telephones providing information to callers and directing calls
- Assisting with cleaning and laundry as needed
- And more...
To be a great fit youll have:
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills including the ability to listen and respond appropriately
- Professional personal presentation
- Strong work ethic that includes punctuality organization and attention to detail
- Team oriented mindset
- Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge and skills and have the ability to maintain a friendly enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Competitive entry-level compensation at $10 - 12.75 per hour with time and a half premium pay if working a holiday
