Position Overview
As a Service Advisor you will be the liaison between our customers and technicians. Your role is to provide outstanding customer service by understanding vehicle issues recommending appropriateservices and ensuring a smooth and transparent process from drop off to pick up.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and clearly document service requests
- Provideaccurate estimates for labor and parts
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Promote recommended maintenance services to enhance vehicle performance
- Handel customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Valid drivers license and personal auto insurance
