Job Duties
Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis
Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
Audit and process credit card bills
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments monthly
Qualifications
High school diploma. An associates degree in Accounting is preferred.
2-3 years of experience with accounts payable or general accounting preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Excel knowledge skills
Compensation is between $39520 to $43680 based on qualifications and experience.
