Job Description
- Check-in fitness members and guests
- Maintain and promote excellent member relations and open communication with all current and potential new fitness members guests and visitors
- Greet and direct members in person and on the phone while answering fitness area questions and providing pertinent information specific to the fitness area
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the fitness center facility/equipment
- Process POS items memberships and personal training registrations
- Assist in administrative internal support tasks as assigned including but not limited to general reporting cleanliness of fitness floor etc.
- High school graduate or equivalent and must be at least 18 years of age
- Requires strong people and customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public
- Enthusiastic attitude and great work ethic
