Assistant Controller Growing Company in Sports Industry - $95-105k

They are now seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Assistant Controller to take ownership of the accounting function and help scale operations. - Lead the monthly close process ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting and insights
- Partner with the CFO to help identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting workflows
- Collaborate with operations and sales to ensure accounting and finance is a driver of efficiency and decision-making
- Take ownership of special projects including creating SOPs building out ad hoc reporting for leadership and supporting future scalability initiatives
