Appointment Setter & Proposal Assistant (Full-Time MF / No Weekends)

DC Enclosures Inc. a well-established and respected leader in sunrooms and outdoor living spaces for over 35 years is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Appointment Setter & Proposal Assistant to support our Design Consultants and provide exceptional customer service in our showroom.
This is a full-time in-office position with steady hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM no weekends required.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and confirm appointments for our Design Consultants by calling and following up with potential customers
Assist in preparing detailed proposals estimates and contracts using standardized templates
Support Design Consultants by managing calendars organizing files and tracking leads
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in our showroom providing helpful product and service information
Handle phone and email communications with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM and job tracking systems
Work closely with the sales marketing and operations departments to ensure consistent project documentation
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction or home improvement office environment
Must have an understanding of construction terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Comfortable speaking with customers setting expectations and providing updates
Professional appearance and demeanor for in-office and showroom customer interactions
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time in-office role
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No weekends required
Starting pay: $18 $24 per hour based on experience and qualifications
