Job Description
- Customer Welcome and Assistance:Greeting customers warmly answering initial questions and directing them to the appropriate service advisor or staff member.
- Service Process Support:Verifying appointments assisting with paperwork and ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles in the service lane.
- Vehicle Handling:Moving customer vehicles to their designated spots in the service lot managing keys and sometimes providing shuttle services.
- Environment Maintenance:Keeping the service drive and work areas clean and organized.
- Customer Experience Enhancement:Providing a friendly and professional first point of contact setting a positive tone for the entire service visit.
Qualifications
High School diploma.
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
Learns quickly
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Must have a valid drivers license
- Pass a drug test
Ensures that customers cars are kept clean
Ability to identify problems quickly
Knowledge of automobiles
Basic computer skills
