To learn more please see youll work: This is a hybrid position in the greater Cincinnati OH area. Our team comes into the Mason OH office once per month or more frequently if the need arises. When not in office we work virtual/remote.
What Youll Do Here:
Support specific business lines through timely and accurate revenue recognition and reconciliation.
Ensure we are in compliance with ASC 606 and internal control procedures with outstanding attention to detail.
Use systems such as SAP and Hyperion to support revenue-related workflows ensuring detailed execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address revenue concerns and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Interpret and apply contract terms that impact booking and billing processes.
Complete month-end quarter-end and year-end close activities including reconciliations and management reporting.
Support internal and external audit requests by adhering to established control procedures.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and reviews of billing processes and invoicing to support accurate revenue recognition.
Act as a key support to the Revenue Accounting Manager and assist in driving departmental goals.
Skills You Will Need Here:
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance desired (CPA preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting financial analysis or revenue recognition.
Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition standards (especially ASC 606).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUPs Power Pivot); experience with BI tools is a plus.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Enterprise One).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule qualifications experience internal equity and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
