Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are working with a multinational bank seeking a highly skilled Legal Contractor for a 612 month engagement.
The successful candidate will operate under a transaction advisory model supporting the banks Products team and related projects.
The role will focus on providing timely commercial and pragmatic legal advice across a range of transactional banking matters with particular emphasis on trade finance products such as receivables finance and supply chain finance (the Products).
The position involves advising on transactions originated globally with an initial emphasis on the US market. The legal contractor will act as a trusted advisor to the business ensuring legal risks are appropriately managed while facilitating commercial outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and legal teams across jurisdictions to support complex deal structuring and documentation.
