About the role
You will be a confident practitioner with a keen eye for collaborative and collegiate multi agency work . You will be able to display accurate empathy working in a multi agency setting which is experiencing stretch and challenge. Yet you wont lose sight of the need to focus on improving and continually strengthening our local multi agency system for the benefit of children and families and securing positive outcomes for them. You will be able to work alongside senior officials Members and representatives from our Partner agencies showing sensitivity and verve . You will hold a natural curiosity with an analytical focus able to review large volumes of information and assessment data and provide succinct and articulate summaries which lean on sensible SMART recommendations.
