Site Superintendent ICI New Build (Ajax)
$115000$140000 package
Full-time New Build Commercial Office Project ($40M)
Our client is a leading ICI construction management firm in the GTA delivering complex commercial institutional industrial and public-sector projects. Known for their collaborative approach strong safety culture and ability to operate in highly structured environments theyre trusted across Ontario for technically challenging builds.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily on-site operations from structural to finishes
Coordinate trades and consultants maintaining schedule and quality targets
Enforce health and safety protocols on a highly organized professional site
Ensure documentation and reporting are maintained through construction software tools
Communicate proactively with project managers consultants and stakeholders
Monitor site productivity and help resolve site-level challenges efficiently
Qualifications
10 years of experience in ICI construction ideally with new build commercial or institutional work
Familiar with complex logistics steel and concrete construction and building envelope systems
Strong documentation and digital proficiency (Procore MS Project etc.)
Professional demeanor suited to structured work environments such as energy or public-sector sites
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Compensation
$115K$140K base salary depending on experience
Vehicle allowance or company vehicle
