Description

The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics Thompson Rivers University invites applications to teach a section on Total Rewards in our Human Resource Management area in Fall 2025.

11:30 - 12:45

13:00 - 14:15

All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus.



Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • An MBA degree or relevant Masters degree (PhD preferred).
  • Significant capability in the area of Total Rewards by directly related work experience.
  • Evidence of strong teaching potential/experience.

Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:

  • Chartered Professionals in Human Resources designation
  • Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations;
  • Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System
