Job Description
The North American (NA) Quality team is seeking a Vendor Returns Coordinator to support Removal Operations. This position is responsible for collaborating with our operational stakeholders across North America to improve Removals processes. In addition to collaborating with Fulfillment Center (FC) operations the coordinator must build an effective working relationship with members of our World Wide Returns ReCommerce and Sustainability (WWR&RS) Retail and Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) teams to develop and implement initiatives focused on New Channel Development and improved customer experience while maintaining operational efficiencies. The Vendor Returns Coordinator must be well versed in the Removals space be able to communicate in a way that motivates others to take action have experience in managing projects as well as to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage often competing priorities.
Key job responsibilities
Solve problems: react quickly and productively serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve.
Analyze data to troubleshoot and identify improvements to current processes.
Build relationships and identify with stakeholders across the organization.
Develop network training materials and process documentation.
Uphold and maintain Removals configurations in accordance to standards.
Support on-site fulfillment center (FC) level testing and deployment of new tools.
High School Diploma
2 years experience in Amazon Removals space
Proficiency in computer usage email Microsoft Suite (MS)
Bachelors Degree
Knowledge of Removals tools such as REV Pack-n-Hold PackApp Removals SPT FROST Pack & Palletize and Auto Scheduler
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances direction and strategy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
