The right candidate will have previous experience and strong attention to detail. The day-to-day duties of this role include greeting clients answering phones building relationships and setting appointments.
We are looking for someone that has people skills and warm and likable personality.
Responsibilities
Work closely and effectively with clients and supervisors
Shuttle driver/parking vehicles/bank run and post office
Coordinates with parts and advisors to ensurean excellent client experience.
Process all paperwork to ensure proper documentation and to verify criteria
Stays abreast of all factoryrecalls announcements and procedures
Establish and build positive relationships with clients
Review every repair clients service needs and contact them with reminders and set appointments
Provide a weekly report to the service manager regarding calls and concerns
Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety welfare or integrity of the dealership its employees or customers
Qualifications
Attention to detail
Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
General Vehicle knowledge
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Full-Time
