Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to join our office team as a deal posting clerk.

Responsibilities will include:
- Posting car deals into accounting software
- Scanning documents
- Running schedules and making proper entries
- Communicating closely with the remote sales team
- Ensuring accuracy
- Miscellaneous clerical duties
Specific skills required
- Self driven and motivated to achieve results
- Excellent math skills
- Problem solving
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
