As we continue to grow were seeking dedicated professionals to help maintain our high standards and excellent client reputation.
Position Overview:
As a Licensed Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing field surveys preparing reports and drawings and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. You will play a critical role in project execution client satisfaction and upholding the companys high standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of land surveying projects from planning to completion.
- Perform boundary topographic construction ALTA/NSPS and as-built surveys.
- Analyze survey data and legal documents to determine property boundaries.
- Prepare and review survey reports plats legal descriptions and CAD drawings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws standards and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients engineers architects and government agencies.
- Certify survey documents as per licensing requirements.
- Participate in quality control and project review processes.
Qualifications
- Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Oklahoma.
- 5 years of progressive experience in surveying (including field and office work).
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of surveying methods mapping and legal documentation.
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various job sites.
- Proficient in Outlook Word Excel.
$70000 - $80000 a year
