About Our Client:

Our client is a trusted family-owned business based in Tulsa Oklahoma with decades of experience providing precise and professional land surveying services. As we continue to grow were seeking dedicated professionals to help maintain our high standards and excellent client reputation.
Position Overview:

As a Licensed Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing field surveys preparing reports and drawings and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. You will play a critical role in project execution client satisfaction and upholding the companys high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all aspects of land surveying projects from planning to completion.
    • Perform boundary topographic construction ALTA/NSPS and as-built surveys.
    • Analyze survey data and legal documents to determine property boundaries.
    • Prepare and review survey reports plats legal descriptions and CAD drawings.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws standards and safety guidelines.
    • Coordinate and communicate with clients engineers architects and government agencies.
    • Certify survey documents as per licensing requirements.
    • Participate in quality control and project review processes.

Qualifications

    • Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Oklahoma.
    • 5 years of progressive experience in surveying (including field and office work).
    • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
    • Strong knowledge of surveying methods mapping and legal documentation.
    • Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
    • Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various job sites.
    • Proficient in Outlook Word Excel.
$70000 - $80000 a year
