Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate timely and accurate reports on key performance metrics across renewable energy sites supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Prepare and submit GADS reports in alignment with regulatory and industry standards ensuring completeness and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor site performance availability and key operational KPIs.
- Maintain organized records related to contracts operational activities and project documentation.
- Extract analyze and interpret operational data from HMIS and other internal
- systems to inform performance insights and decision-making.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs.
- Assist in tracking contract milestones and deliverables including compliance and SLA reporting.
- Support internal and external audits by providing well-organized accurate datasets and documentation.
- Standardize reporting templates and procedures to ensure consistency across the renewable energy portfolio.
- Collaborate with operations engineering and project management teams to deliver actionable data-driven recommendations.
- Identify performance trends anomalies and areas of improvement to support ongoing site optimization
- Recommend improvements to data collection analysis and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
