Marketing Director
We are actively seeking a Marketing Director that will play a major role in driving this company to the next level and ensuring the success of the organization.
The Position: We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our fast-growing family-operated company.
- 90k-100k Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve marketing goals
- Overseeing a team of professionals to drive company sales and marketing objectives
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new team members
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals including branding product positioning and market penetration.
- Manage mentor and motivate a team of marketing professionals fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective collaboration
- Conduct market research analyze competitor activities and identify trends to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Oversee the planning execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital traditional and social media
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the companys brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements:
- Monday Thursday 7AM 5:30PM (Flexible)
- Experience as a Marketing Manager Marketing Director etc.
- Track Record of Growing a Business
- Excellent Leadership and Team Management Abilities
- In Depth Knowledge of Manufacturing (Automotive Steel Metal or Similar Industry) Preferred
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Similar Industry
- Experience leading a Marketing team
- Experience with Large Territories covering the entire US and Canada
