Work-Based Learning TeacherRutland High SchoolWe seek an experienced energetic Work-Based Learning Teacher to serve Rutland High Schools WBL teacher is responsible for the development coordination implementation and evaluation of a range of work-based learning experiences that take place both inside and outside of the school. It is the WBL Coordinators duty to support students and employers in planning and implementing safe effective and authentic learning experiences. A background in Business education school counseling or related fields is position requires a dynamic individual to coordinate various work-based learning experiences at the high school level. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with community mentors promote the work-based learning program to various stakeholders teach pre-employment and work readiness skills and assist students with resources and postsecondary planning. The candidate should also have strong communication skills and knowledge of work-based learning guidelines.
