Now Hiring: HCV Program Inspection Specialist
Location: Based in Carson City NV - Travel across rural Nevada required
Full-time Non-Exempt
Are you passionate about housing community service and fieldwork Were looking for a detail-oriented Inspection Specialist to support our Rental Services team in performing critical property inspections under HUD standards. In this hands-on role youll conduct housing inspections engage with landlords and tenants ensure compliance and contribute to housing quality across rural Nevada.
What Youll Do:
Conduct and document inspections following HUD HQS/NSPIRE standards
Schedule and coordinate with tenants landlords and agency staff
Educate property owners on compliance requirements
Monitor property conditions and perform re-inspections as needed
Travel up to 30% of the time including overnight stays in rural areas
