About the Role

Are you an experienced medical or allied health receptionist ready to take the next step in your career

The role of Customer Service Officer Team Leader covering our south region (Bibra Lake and Rockingham) is a dynamic role leading a team of customer service officers to deliver exceptional service across multiple service lines including Allied Health GP Surgical Psychological Medicolegal Assessments Pre-employment Medicals and more. This creates variety but also complexity to the role so is fantastic someone wanting to be stretched and have knowledge across many areas.

Duties and responsibilities in this role include:

  • Lead and manage a small team of customer service officers across our Rockingham and Bibra Lake clinics (regular travel required between the two clinics).
  • Work collaboratively with other Team leaders for a unified RediMed approach
  • Lead exceptional customer experiences.
  • Be the first point of contact for onsite escalations and day-to-day team needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Work approximately 60-80% of your time alongside you team servicing our customers and patients.

About You

We need you to have:

  • Worked in customer service or reception in a medical healthcare or allied health setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities whether in formal supervision or by naturally stepping up in a team.
  • A genuine interest in leading others building team culture and ensuring excellent operations continually seeking improvement that aligns with the business.
  • Strong communication skills collaborative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient computer and technology skills.
