They are seeking proactive and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join their close-knit supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals passionate about community-based care offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic and welcoming environment.
As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) working across the medical and surgical wards you will provide individualised high-quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will play a key role in supporting positive health outcomes while contributing to a collaborative and caring team environment.
Certificate III Assistant in Nursing or currently enrolled in an undergraduate Registered Nursing degree (completion of first year and first semester or trimester of second year) or currently enrolled in a TAFE NSW Diplomas of Nursing (completion of identified foundational units in practice AND 120 hours of clinical placement).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
