Job Description

Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional company in the Rocky Mountain West with six store locations over five states. We strive to identify and satisfy our customers needs with our extensive hose and fitting knowledge large hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings inventory and hydraulic CNC tube pride ourselves on problem solving for our wide variety of customers whether in the oilfield construction medical manufacturing military or government.

As the Human Resources Specialist your role supports employees and managers by coordinating key HR processes such as recruitment onboarding benefits and transitions while ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist with compliance reporting audits and contribute to HR is a full-time position with benefits at our accounting department in Randolph UT.

The Human Resource Specialist duties include but are not limited to:
  • Handle questions and requests Provide timely response to inquiries and requests regarding policies procedures and processes.
  • HR Processes Coordinate and handle HR processes by working with employees and managers to accomplish timely and accurately (such as recruitment and onboarding employee and benefit updates transition etc).
  • Reports and Recordkeeping Compile and analyze data from ERP and HRIS in Excel for recurring and requested calculations reporting recordkeeping and compliance (such as OSHA logs Workers Comp reporting and audits 401(k) and ESOP recordkeeping etc).
  • Employee Records Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefit data in HRIS and files.
  • HR Projects Assist in accomplishing HR projects.
  • Compliance - Assist in compliance with employment law and regulations.
The job requires:
  • Bachelors Degree HR certification and/or 3 years of experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interactive effectively with people and handle sensitive situations and data
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks timely
  • Computer and data entry skills (including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HR software)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of current employment law
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Profit Sharing: $23.50 - $35.00 per hour (base pay range $23.50 to $30.00 per hour plus quarterly profit sharing)
  • Schedule:Monday to Friday 40 hours a week
