Lead Warehouse Operations for a Fast-Growing Premium Meat Snack Brand
Location: Vernon CA (Plant-Based)
Compensation: $70000 $80000 benefits

Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives on driving efficiency accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment Archer Meat Snacks the #1 jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehousing operations and support our growing production team in San Bernardino.
In this role youll oversee all aspects of warehouse activities from inbound and outbound shipments to inventory management and ERP transactions. Youll lead a dedicated team of warehouse material handlers ensuring product flows smoothly through every step of our process and that our customers get the high-quality products were known for.

What Youll Own & Impact:
Supervise train and develop a team of warehouse material handlers ensuring safe and efficient work practices
Schedule daily warehouse activities to meet production demands and shipping deadlines
Oversee shipping receiving transfers Amazon orders and returned product transactions
Ensure all inventory movements and transactions are accurately captured in the ERP system
Operate forklifts as needed and maintain compliance with all equipment safety standards
Partner closely with Operations Supply Chain and Customer Service to support repacks displays and special projects
Maintain product integrity by inspecting and verifying all incoming and outgoing goods
Track and resolve inventory discrepancies recommend corrective actions and maintain audit-ready documentation
Lead by example in following GMPs PPE requirements USDA regulations and Archers safety policies
Build a positive team culture that supports accountability high performance and continuous improvement
What Sets You Apart:
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on warehouse leadership experience including shipping and receiving
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and databases; comfortable with ERP and basic math
Forklift certification and strong understanding of safe equipment operation
Proven ability to coach motivate and develop high-performing teams
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with cross-functional partners
Organized and detail-oriented with a knack for solving problems in real time
