We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to act as a pivotal link between our internal sales team including Territory Managers and Sales Directorsand our valued dealer network. This role is responsible for delivering operational administrative and marketing support to facilitate seamless execution of dealer programs enhance sales enablement and support internal sales initiatives. Job Duties & Responsibilities - Provide daily administrative and strategic support to Territory Managers and the Sales Director to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales operations.
- Facilitate dealer onboarding and support by guiding them through vendor platforms e-commerce site registration and navigation processes.
- Act as a key resource for Territory Managers and their dealers offering assistance with the execution and understanding of sales and marketing program offerings.
- Support dealers and Territory Managers in interpreting and optimizing digital marketing initiativesincluding SEO PPC campaigns and GLAS reportingto enhance marketing effectiveness and program engagement.
- Oversee co-op and claims processes including pre-approvals dealer submissions vendor claims reimbursements and account credits.
- Maintain accurate marketing trackers co-op usage logs and submit monthly reports to Corporate Marketing.
- Generate and process rebate spiff and credit reports; coordinate check requests as needed.
- Provide marketing and dealer points reports to Territory Managers to support sales initiatives.
- Prepare organize and archive dealer agreements and related documentation for corporate access.
- Coordinate internal and dealer communications regarding vendor programs and offerings.
- Support the Branch Manager in developing and executing local monthly promotions.
- Oversee event planning and logistics including registration communications venue coordination catering and materials.
- Manage warranty registration issues in collaboration with factory representatives.
- Administer TCS/CC program communications enrollments billing and benefits.
- Coordinate internal and dealer events including holiday functions and promotional efforts.
- Maintain inventory of product literature and promotional materials.
- Prepare and analyze reports for Territory Managers and Sales Directors as needed.
- Proficiently utilizes company systems for operational and administrative tasks.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business needs.
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years experience in sales support dealer service or administrative coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and formatting); strong skills in Word and Outlook
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
- Exceptional organizational multitasking and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and support a fast-paced sales team
- Comfortable working in both office and customer-facing environments
Physical Demands & Work Environment This full-time position requires approximately 40 hours per week and involves regular physical and sensory activity including: - Bending lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
