Lead the Fun as Our Gym Director
My Gym is looking for an energetic and dedicated Gym Director to oversee our childrens fitness programs and daily operations. This leadership role blends team management business know-how and a passion for early childhood development into one incredibly rewarding opportunity. Youll drive a culture of positivity fun and growthfor kids families and staff alike.
What Youll Be Doing
As Gym Director youll guide a dynamic team create unforgettable experiences for children and their families and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Youll champion class quality build strong relationships with customers and bring fresh energy to drive enrollment and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Commit to 3540 hours per week including some weekends
- Manage class schedules staffing and day-to-day facility operations
- Motivate and support team members with consistent leadership
- Cultivate strong relationships with families and ensure top-tier customer service
- Drive strategies for membership growth and retention
- Maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment for all
What You Bring
- Proven experience working with young children in a structured setting
- Leadership or management background with a team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills with both staff and customers
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
- Enthusiasm for movement learning and creating joyful experiences

Compensation: $50000.00 - $55000.00 per year
