Job Description
Overview
Select Physical Therapy is currently seeking PRN Certified Athletic Trainers (ATCs)/Injury Prevention Specialists in Memphis TN. These positions are for Certified Athletic Trainers or Exercise Physiologists required to be on-site providing injury prevention services. Day and night shifts are available!
Location: Memphis TN.
Type of Employment:Per Diem/PRN
Schedule: Hours vary as needed
Compensation: Starting at $25/hr commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- On-site coverage for industrial client under the direction of Account/Program Manager
- Delivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at assigned location. Prevention Services include:
- Assessment triage and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort
- Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions
- Design and implementation of functional assessments preventative exercise and stretching
- Job coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settings
- Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics
- Office ergonomics
- Health and wellness consultation
- Documentation and reporting on employee encounters
- Regular communication with both client and Select leadership
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
- National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) certification
- CPR certification
- Applicable state license where required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree
