Job Description
Full-Time Growth-Focused Training Provided
Are you passionate about the automotive industry and eager to learn multiple aspects of dealership operations Were looking for a motivated customer-focused individual to join our team in a Hybrid Parts & Service Associate role.
This unique position is designed for someone who wants to grow their career by learning both the Parts and Service sides of our dealership. Youll receive hands-on training work closely with experienced team members and play a vital role in keeping our customers satisfied and our operations running smoothly.
What Youll Do:
Support the Service Advisors with intake scheduling and customer updates
Assist the Parts Department with inventory orders and parts lookup
Learn and use dealership software to manage work orders parts requests and customer information
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely parts delivery and job completion
Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Help maintain organization in both the Parts and Service areas
What Were Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Interest in automotive service and/or parts
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required
Valid drivers license
