Job Description
- CT/Hybrid Technologist performs diagnostic patient examinations with various modalities using ionizing radiation according to established procedures.
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of CT/X-ray and Nuclear technology.
- Maintains work area in an efficient organized state following all safety and confidentiality guidelines.
- Maintains high professional standard of conduct and patient care while exemplifying and promoting Augusta Health values.
Requirements
- Should have one or more years of CT X-Ray or Nuclear specific experience
- Must be registered in radiology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology with documented Continuing Education to maintain registration/certification.
- Advanced CT Registry/Certification for CT Tech II or NM Tech II
- Must have documented experience in performing venipuncture initiating IV Therapy and/or willing to complete the required training and examination in this area.
