Debt Finance Associate Chicago (26 Years of Experience)
MB Attorney Search is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a national law firm.
MB Attorney Search is representing a nationally recognized law firm in its search for a Debt Finance Associate to join its Chicago office. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading Debt Finance Practice Group and work alongside some of the most respected attorneys in the industry.
The firm is seeking a Debt Finance Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience in the structuring negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions. Ideal candidates will have experience representing both borrowers and lenders in a range of complex transactions including:
Senior mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions
Acquisition financings
Debtor-in-possession financings
Loan workouts and restructurings
Candidates with leveraged finance experience particularly those with exposure to mergers and acquisitions will be given strong consideration.
This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated debt finance matters on a national scale with robust support and training from a top-tier firm. The firm provides a highly competitive salary structure comprehensive benefits and a collaborative and collegial work environment.
Compensation:
The hiring salary range for this Debt Finance Associate position is between $235000 and $390000 depending on experience and qualifications. Additional bonus and compensation components are provided and will be discussed in further detail with qualified candidates.
