Safety Inspector Commercial Roofing (Field-Based)
Location: Houston TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60000$80000 per year (based on experience)

This is a field-based role reporting to the Safety Director and working directly with crews and general contractors on active jobsites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily safety audits and inspections
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans
- Lead toolbox talks and employee safety training
- Ensure OSHA compliance and assist with inspections
- Perform job hazard analysis and respond to incidents
- Work with general contractors safety personnel to meet site-specific requirements
- Bilingual must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid drivers license
- Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify is used)
- OSHA 500 certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- 13 years of experience in a construction safety role (roofing experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
