We currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Associate (Temporary Assignment) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest IL.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Accounts Payable Associate (Temporary Assignment) is responsible for providing financial administrative and clerical support to the organization by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled. This position processes and inputs invoice records into the company computer system promptly and accurately responds to inquiries regarding payments and invoices from vendors and customers and reconciles vendor statements.

- Review process reconcile invoices and credit memos.
- Statement reconciliations.
- Audit invoices in Medius.
- Review Park report.
- Review and follow up on invoice issues such as pricing or quantity.
- Review and acquire necessary approvals for non-PO invoices.
- Procurement liaison.
- Process error corrections debit memos.
- Support Accounts Payable with audit requests.
- Assist in projects as assigned.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- 4 years of related professional Accounts Payable experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficient in data entry skills.
- Must have a good understanding of the full-cycle accounts payable process.
Icing on the cake:
- Associates degree.
- Proficient in SAP.
