Purist Operations Associate
Impeccable in planning and execution an exceptional eye for detail.
HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Perform daily Pick and Process for all orders utilizing Shopify and Oracle platforms. Assemble and Stage orders for fulfillment team to ensure customer lead times are met daily.
Utilize Oracle ERP Ship ERP and Fedex Shipping for materials job and shipping transactions including international shipping.
Manage all shipping transactions shipping label application and organization of orders by service level.
Build strong working relationships with Customer Service Associate logistics and assembly teams with the ability to seamlessly communicate both verbally and written.
Provide general direction to assembly team in fulfillment of orders for D2C and B2B customers following FIFO and scheduled ship dates.
Monitor Customer Service Associate communications in real time to address cancelled and changed orders.
Receive verify and transact all customer returns. Coordinate returns with Customer Service Associate following RMA process.
Ability to shift and adapt to match fluctuating order volume throughout the year.
Efficient & effective Quality control of all raw material components and finished good items.
Perform cycle counts of raw and work in process inventory (WIP). Transact within Oracle ERP.
Contribute to culture of safe work behavior and practices able to safely work with and around machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Monitoring and maintaining work area cleanliness and organization daily
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
Must be extremely detailed dependable reliable organized and excel in follow through.
Ecommerce orders ship daily must have an excellent track record of consistent attendance.
Ability to perform with minimal supervision individually or in a team setting.
Basic computer knowledge (Email Teams Chat) and ability to learn and apply Oracle ERP Shopify and Ship ERP systems.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25LBS
Regular working hours are M-F 6:00am 2:30pm PST. Overtime on as needed basis.
Pay
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: $19.50-$31.00 per hour
At Specialized your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience skills certification and location.
