Job Skills / Requirements
Position Overview:
We are currently looking to add to our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the assigned location to ensure it is meeting United Commercial Services standards.
This person will work M-F 7am-3pm. Alternating weekends as well. Payrate for this position is $15 hr
Essential Functions:
- Vacuum sweep mop designated areas.
- Use proper equipment and chemicals for general and detail cleaning.
- Reset meeting spaces classrooms etc.
- Disinfecting throughout the day.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- General cleaning of designated work area and keep it maintained and in good condition.
- Communicate with supervisor/manager when cleaning supplies are running low.
- Notify supervisors/managers of any major repairs that need to be completed on existing equipment.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
- Clean multipule buildings on campus
Position Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Legally permitted to work in the US.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance repairs or other cleaning duties.
- Able to work individually or with a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Additional duties as assigned.
