Job Title: Commercial Lines Assistant
Job Summary:
An entry-level opportunity is available for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support a Commercial Lines team in various administrative and clerical functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to the commercial insurance process and offers a path for career development within the agency with the potential to advance into more technical responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities:
- Support production teams by handling clerical and administrative tasks
- Assist with in-office print jobs and assemble proposal binders
- Order and track loss runs as needed for new and renewal business
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient office operations
- Over time receive training on inputting applications into the agency management system and performing workers compensation rating
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license preferred; willingness to obtain required
- Previous experience with AMS360 strongly preferred
- Demonstrated history of consistent job tenure in prior roles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented proactive and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Compensation Package:
- Compensation: Between $40K-$50K (based on experience).
