The position is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders within the business to plan develop and implement HR and talent strategies that result in the improvement of company performance and engagement.

THE CANDIDATE
Brattle offers a competitive benefits package base salary and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Boston MA and Washington DC is $120000 - $135000 annually. Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors including experience and training.
