Reporting to the District Manager Restaurant Sales and Services this position is responsible for managing customer retention and revenue growth within their local district. They will develop a team of 3-5 Restaurant services managers to achieve goals.
The Restaurant Services Team Lead will ensure accurate territory management by their team while staying in tune with local market conditions. They must be innovative in tackling retention obstacles that their team faces. They will be depended upon to be insightful and able to offer a different perspective get creative and challenge current thinking internally and externally in order to achieve goals. They will lead his team through challenging customer and prospect scenarios in and out of the field.
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range including but not limited to external market benchmark data geographic location and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $120000 - $125000.
