Job Description
Position: Financial Services Representative
Location: Atlanta GA 30308
Assignment: 8/18/2025 12/19/2026
Schedule: Monday Friday 8AM 5PM.
Pay Range: $18.52 hourly paid weekly.
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)
Position Summary:
- Assists customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or email correspondence.
- Inquiries are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard screens scripts and procedures.
- Uses computerized system for tracking information gathering and/or troubleshooting.
- May require advanced knowledge of the organization products and/or services.
- Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
- May research issues or transfer to a research function.
- Handles customer calls with somewhat more complexity.
- May require an associates degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years in a customer service environment related to Financial Services (in handling billing inquires)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Comfortable using various applications to support job including report queries.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Active listening skills must have ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- Use of computers and technology.
