Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:60 hours College Credits. Experience in working with students. Ability to carry out the responsibility of supervising students as directed by the Principal. Computer/typing skills desired. Organization skills a must.

REPORTS TO: School Principal

JOB GOAL:To provide appropriate supervision to students who have been assigned in school suspension.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Monitors records and files of students serving in ISS daily.
  2. Provides information to the school administrator on student academics and behavior while serving in ISS.
  3. Carefully monitors student behavior while they are serving ISS.
  4. Follow all procedures as outlined by the school principal.
  5. Works with students and others consistently in a cooperative and respectful manner.
  6. Performs all other duties and responsibilities designated by the principal.

TERMS:The Superintendent will establishsalary work year basedupon the recommendationand approval by theBoard of Trustees.

EVALUATION:Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in compliance with the Boards policy on evaluation and professional personnel.
